Hez has 25 years of experience working with children and families, 6 of which include his work as a Visitation Specialist. Hez has been a founding member of business startups in several different industries, but found his passion was supporting children and families who are navigating supervised visitation. Through his passion and dedication, TTL Visitation was born. Hez is a friend to many, and a loving father to his 4 children. He enjoys jazz music, playing basketball, reading non-fiction literature, and cultivating relationships with new people from all different walks of life. 

"Maddy" holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and is a Certified Somatic Practitioner. She has extensive experience working with children and families for 13 years, 3 of which were spent as a Visitation Specialist. She values continued education and is driven by giving children a voice. She is a mother to three boys; raising them and honoring her middle son who was stillborn is her most valued role. Maddy has a passion for supporting grieving parents and enjoys reading, learning about plants, and outdoor adventures in the PNW, where she moved 5 years ago from the Midwest. 

Kaeli worked as a Visitation Specialist for 2.5 years prior to joining TTL, but has 6 years of experience working directly with children professionally. Throughout her time in the field, she obtained extensive accreditations equipping her with an understanding of human behavior, emotional well-being, and effective approaches/interventions to supporting children and families in various contexts and situations. She relocated to the Inland Northwest with her husband and 4 pets last year. In her free time, she creates pottery and scouts out the best antique stores in her new city.

Fahmi leads partnership development, outreach strategy, and data-driven systems that expand the organization’s impact across the United States. With a degree in Medical Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis, he brings a healthcare-informed perspective to operational design, communication systems, and strategic growth. His work integrates technology, strategy, and empathy to help TTL fulfill its mission. Fahmi volunteers his free time to community health outreach programs. When not working, studying, or volunteering, he is staying balanced by hiking or working out.
