2. Eligibility to Use the Website: This Site is available to anyone interested in requesting our visitation services or applying to work as a Visitation Specialist. By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a legal guardian to access and use this Site. TTL is unable to sign a contract to work with anyone who is under the age of 21.

3. Payment Methods: If you are a client in need of services, you will be navigated to the "client portal" page where you will fill out a request for services form. Once the services are selected and you press submit on the form, you will be directed to a payment portal where your credit card information will be collected. TTL Visitation will not use or distribute this information anywhere outside of the organization for any reason.

4. Changes to the Website and Services: TTL Visitation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of this Site, including its services, content, and features, at any time and without prior notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
