Meet The Team

"Hez" has 25 years' experience working with children and families, 6 of which include his work as a Visitation Specialist. Hez has been a founding member of business startups in several different industries, but found his passion project with TTL Visitation by supporting children and families that are navigating visitation. Hez is a friend to many, and a loving father to his 4 children. He enjoys jazz music, playing basketball, reading non-fiction literature, and cultivating relationships with new people from all walks of life. 

"Maddy" holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and is a Certified Somatic Practitioner. She has extensive experience working with children and families for 13 years on both a micro and macro level, 3 of which were spent as a Visitation Specialist. She is a mother to three boys - raising them and honoring her middle son who was stillborn is her most valued role. Maddy has a passion for supporting grieving parents and enjoys reading, learning about plants, and outdoor adventures in the PNW, where she moved 5 years ago from the Midwest. 

Kaeli has 6 years of experience working directly with children, 2.5 of which were spent as a Visitation Specialist. Throughout her time working with children, she obtained extensive accreditations equipping her with an understanding of human behavior, emotional well-being, and effective approaches to supporting individuals/families in various contexts. She relocated to the Inland Northwest with her husband and 4 pets last year. In her free time, she creates pottery and scouts out the best antique stores in her new city.
